AGENT REFERRAL SERVICES is a real estate brokerage in Nevada that gives licensed agents an alternative to inactivating with the Real Estate Division.
If an agent is licensed, but temporarily not selling real estate and does not want to continue paying desk fees, Multiple Listing Services, etc., they have two choices.They can either go on inactive status with the State, or they can hang their license with a service like ours.
We do not sell homes through this office, therefore we do not have any association fees. We refer all clients to full service brokerages and collect referral fees only.
Our fee is $115 per calendar year. By keeping licenses active through us, rather than inactive with the State of Nevada, agents have the ability to earn referral commissions and quickly move to a full service brokerage, without delays, when they are ready to return to their real estate careers. (They must still continue the State's required continuing education classes).
We pay 80% on referral commissions. Agents do not have to live in Northern Nevada to join our brokerage.
